Please make sure that:
- Your audio driver is update to date. Please use the driver from hardware manufacturer, don't use the default driver which is installed by Windows. You should uninstall the current one, restart the computer then update it by using the package from hardware manufacturer.
- All audio devices are plugged in your computer before starting ActivePresenter since it can not detect device change automatically.
If the problem still persists, please share the log (click ACTIVEPRESENTER > Preferences... > Miscellaneous > View Log) so we can check.
